Smaller trailers (up to 1.5 meters wide) are typically ready for delivery within 4-6 weeks, while larger and heavily customised orders may take longer. We employ two distinct construction methods: ACM cladding over a steel frame and 50mm chiller panel construction. Each method offers unique advantages depending on the application.
The chiller panel construction is renowned for its high thermal efficiency and excellent insulation properties, making it ideal for maintaining temperature control. This method is particularly popular for food trailers and multi-purpose units used in activities such as karting, motocross, camping, mobile office spaces, etc.
